Who We Support
Our Youth-Centred Approach
River Bound Support provides support to children, adolescents, and young people who self-manage or have a plan manager to manage their NDIS plan funding.
Our supports are designed to empower youth to develop skills, build independence and make informed choices as they transition through education, employment, and independent living.
We work collaboratively with participants, families, schools, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and consistent support.
